REMEMBER

Through the years...

Saskia Savana Burke

You only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough!
Our most precious, beautiful baby girl…
This is a living memorial for and about YOU -

We were lucky to have spent every day of your life with you, and have so much to tell the world about you!

Saskia was raised in such a loving and unprejudiced environment, in a home where ALL children who entered our door were considered family. Each child loved us as “mommy and daddy”. ALL of them have suffered the loss of a “sister” they loved so dearly. Our “family” is so large, and so filled with love because we chose to make a difference, one child at a time, to make the world a better place.

Saskia’s omnipotent perfection amazed us – and we are humbled by HER, our most monumental achievement! It wasn’t just Saskia’s physical beauty that attracted others to her, it was the breathtaking radiance of her inner beauty. Unexpectedly intelligent (she scored a perfect 600 on the state STAR test!), she went out into the world and was strong and honest and wise.

She continued to make a difference in the lives of the people SHE touched along the way. The outpouring of love from her friends, each with their own story of how she has changed them… We encourage anyone and everyone who has ever known her to share their stories, experiences, pictures and more here with us.

The spirit of who she was, how she loved, and who she touched lives on in us all, and please, let these gifts she has given to us be passed along… Making the world a happier place!

In her own words:

"I value my happiness. I value how happy and content I am with my life. I value the memories that have made my life as happy as it is. I value my friends and family who make me happy and share my happiness with me. I value all the things that make me happy, like fun and relationships, but what I value most is the fact that I am happy because there are so many people who are not that lucky. I value my happiness the most because the friends and items that you have may change, and circumstances may change, but the fact that

I AM HAPPY with what I have and who I am -

IS THE MOST PRECIOUS GIFT

THAT I COULD EVER BE GIVEN!
